Flotira didn’t start in a Silicon Valley lab. It was shaped by real business challenges. With more than 20 years in business operations, I’ve worked across hospitality, retail, auctions, and sales.
During my career, I was lucky to learn from some of the best managers in these fields. The most important lesson wasn’t about spreadsheets or profits. It was about humility and always looking for better ways to help your team and customers.
After 20 years in management, I’ve learned that systems are the key to any business. Without them, people work hard but don’t make real progress.
I believe in putting the right people in the right roles at the right time—what I call "Aces in their places." When I saw how AI could finally meet the needs of today’s businesses, I realized it doesn’t have to threaten jobs. Instead, AI can be one of those Aces. Flotira is here to handle the heavy, repetitive work so your team can focus on what they do best.
In 2026, people often talk about AI as either replacing everyone or being rejected completely. I think the answer is somewhere in between. AI isn’t here to take over all jobs, but it’s an important skill and tool for any business that wants to succeed now and in the future.
My goal is to make this technology easy for anyone to use. Time is money, but unlike money, you can’t get time back. Flotira helps you save time by giving you a top-quality system you can use right away.
I’m passionate about how technology can make life better, but I think true efficiency should give us more time for real life. When I’m not working on the Flotira Digital Team, I’m usually outdoors, fishing on a quiet lake, exploring the Adirondacks, or visiting a local orchard with my family.
I built this platform so that you can spend less time managing. I created this platform to help you spend less time on business tasks and more time enjoying what matters most to you.
