Step 1: Join the Ranks (The Signup)
All new users begin on our Free Tier. Think of this as your place to learn and get comfortable.
- When you sign up, your account comes with a monthly limit of 100,000 tokens.
- You’ll get instant access to our standard “Ace” presets, so you can start making your basic workflows more efficient right away.
Step 2: Check Your Gauges (The Usage Meter)
It’s important to keep track of your usage. Check the Usage Meter in your sidebar to see where you stand.
- If you’re on the Free Tier, you’ll see a gauge that shows how much of your 100,000 token monthly limit you’ve used.
- The meter updates in real time, so you always know exactly how much you’ve used.
Step 3: Organize the Warehouse (Projects & Files)
Your “Aces” need context before they can help. In Flotira, you provide this by creating Projects.
- Start by naming your project, like “Q3 Marketing Strategy” or “Inventory Audit.”
- Next, upload any PDFs, images, or spreadsheets related to your project.
- Our system will automatically turn these files into a “Vector Memory.” This lets your agents remember your business data during conversations.
Step 4: Deploy Your Aces (The Chat)
Now it’s time to put your Aces to work.
Use the dropdown menu in the chat to pick the right agent for your task.
- The “Director” Logic: Start by talking to the Director Agent. They act as your project manager, coordinating with the other agents to ensure your system is running at peak efficiency.
On the Free Tier, some specialized agents have an “Upgrade” badge. These high-performance Aces are available on our PAYG and Pro tiers.
Step 5: Scaling the System (Upgrading)
When you need more than the Free Tier offers, you can upgrade in two ways:
- Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG): Great for light or moderate use. There are no token limits, all presets are unlocked, and you only pay for what you use. PAYG has a $5 monthly platform fee and needs a positive credit balance.
- Pro Tier: For the power user. Unlimited usage and access to every Ace in the deck for a flat monthly fee.
Founder’s Tip: System Integrity
Keep in mind, Flotira follows a Fair Use Policy. On the Pro tier, you get high-speed processing for up to 150,000 tokens each day to keep things stable for everyone. If you reach that limit, your Aces will keep working, just at standard speed until the next day.
