Welcome to Flotira. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, agents, and services. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Service
Flotira provides a multi-agent AI "Digital Team" capable of processing text, images, and files using third-party Large Language Models (LLMs) and vector database memory.
2. Eligibility and Account
- Age: You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
- Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
- Admin Access: Flotira administrators reserve the right to access accounts via the
ADMIN_TENANT_IDS protocol for maintenance, security, and support purposes.
3. Fees, Billing, and Tiers
We offer several service tiers: Free, Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG), Pro, and Max.
- Base Fees: PAYG accounts are subject to a $5.00/month platform access fee. Subscription tiers (Pro/Max) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis.
- Consumption Charges: PAYG users will be charged based on token usage and storage volume.
- Non-Refundable: All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
- Suspension: We reserve the right to block chat access via
check_chat_allowed() if your credit balance reaches $0 or a payment fails.
4. Fair Use Policy (FUP)
Your use of Flotira is strictly governed by our Fair Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
- Resource Limits: We monitor daily token consumption and storage through our
usage_events tracking system. - Throttling: We reserve the right to throttle or limit access if your usage patterns suggest automated abuse or exceed the "typical human use" thresholds defined in the FUP.
5. User Content and AI Output
- Your Content: You retain all rights to the files, images, and data you upload to Flotira projects.
- AI Outputs: To the extent permitted by law, you own the output generated by the agents. However, due to the nature of generative AI, Flotira does not guarantee the accuracy, uniqueness, or legal protectability of outputs.
- Data Hosting: Files are hosted in our cloud storage; while we maintain backups, you are encouraged to maintain independent copies of critical data.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Bypass or attempt to bypass tier-based restrictions or billing gates.
- Use the service for any illegal purpose or to generate harmful content.
- Reverse engineer the Flotira "Director" orchestration logic or agent prompts.
7. Limitation of Liability
FLOTIRA IS PROVIDED "AS IS." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL FLOTIRA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR THE ACCURACY OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action shall be brought in the courts located in Hamilton County, Ohio.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
