1. Core Philosophy
Flotira is built to empower human creativity and professional productivity through a collaborative "Digital Team" of AI agents. To ensure that our platform remains fast, reliable, and affordable, we implement this Fair Use Policy (FUP). Our goal is to prevent "bad actor" scenarios—such as botting, account sharing, or resource squatting—that would otherwise degrade the experience for legitimate users.
2. Defining "Unlimited" Access
For our Pro and Max tiers, we offer "Unlimited" interactions. This is intended to cover the full spectrum of intensive professional work, but it is not a license for automated or non-human consumption.
- Human-Centric Use: "Unlimited" refers to requests manually initiated by a human user within the standard web interface or authorized mobile apps.
- The "Safety Valve" Threshold: To maintain system stability, we monitor daily token volumes. Typical professional use falls well below our "High-Volume" triggers.
High-speed processing thresholds:
- Pro Tier: High-speed processing is guaranteed for the first 150,000 tokens per day.
- Max Tier: High-speed processing is guaranteed for the first 1,000,000 tokens per day.
Dynamic Throttling: If these daily thresholds are exceeded, Flotira reserves the right to throttle response latency or switch the agent to a more efficient "Lite" model for the remainder of the 24-hour cycle to ensure continuity of service without extra cost to the user.
3. Storage and Data Management
Your project files and images are stored to give your agents "contextual memory."
- Capacity Limits: Users must remain within the storage allocation for their specific tier (e.g., 10GB for Pro, 100GB+ for Max).
- Egress and Bandwidth: While we do not charge for standard viewing of project files, "hot-linking" files for external hosting or excessive mass-downloading that generates abnormal bandwidth costs is prohibited.
- Vector Indexing: We provide high-performance vector database memory for your agents. We reserve the right to archive "stale" or inactive project memories for users whose accounts have been inactive for more than 90 days.
4. Prohibited Activities
To protect the integrity of the Flotira "Digital Team," the following actions will result in immediate account review or suspension:
- Automated Scraping: Using scripts, "headless" browsers, or API wrappers to extract model responses or system prompts.
- Reselling Access: Subscribing to a Pro or Max tier for the purpose of "sub-leasing" agent access to third parties.
- Credential Sharing: Sharing a single account among multiple individuals to bypass per-seat subscription requirements.
- System Circumvention: Any attempt to bypass the
check_chat_allowed() logic or spoof ADMIN_TENANT_IDS to gain unauthorized permissions.
5. Monitoring and Fair Play
We utilize the usage_events table to track anonymized usage metrics. If our system flags an account for "Abnormal Consumption" (defined as usage 3 standard deviations above the average for that tier), we will:
- Notify: Send a "High Usage" alert to the user.
- Consult: For Max tier users, we may offer a custom Enterprise solution if their needs truly exceed standard high-tier limits.
- Restrict: Temporarily suspend access if the usage patterns suggest botting or a security breach.
