Premium credits are for the heavy hitters: Claude Opus, GPT-5, premium Gemini, and image/video/music generation. Pro includes $8/mo of premium credits; everyday AI keeps running even after they're used up.
Enough to genuinely try the platform. Free gives you a daily allowance of everyday AI plus the full agent team and persistent memory. There's also a per-hour soft limit to prevent automated abuse, which real usage never hits. Premium models and media generation are reserved for paid plans.
Pro is $25/mo: a generous daily allowance of everyday AI (roughly 100 messages a day) plus $8/mo of premium credits for top models and image/video/music. Premium credits reset each month; any top-up credits you buy roll over and never expire. Run out of premium credits? Everyday AI keeps going — no hard wall. Prefer to save? Annual Pro is $250/yr — two months free.
BYOK ("bring your own key") is a flat $15/mo platform fee for developers and power users who already have an OpenRouter account. You connect your own OpenRouter API key, and every model call runs on — and is billed to — your key, with no markup from us. Set a spend limit on OpenRouter to cap your costs. You get the full Custom model picker and the whole agent team; you just supply the model billing.
On Pro and BYOK you can assign any available model to any agent role — mix Claude Opus for reasoning, GPT-5 for code, Gemini for research, and so on — with live cost shown per model. Free and the everyday lane run on our fast default model.

Yes. Upgrade or switch instantly from the Account page. If you cancel a subscription, you keep access until the end of your billing period. Purchased top-up credits always roll over.
Yes. All data is stored under your tenant and is never shared across accounts. API keys and sensitive credentials (including your BYOK OpenRouter key) are encrypted at rest and never shown back to you in full.
