Projects are how Flotira keeps your work organized. Think of each project as a folder for a specific client, campaign, or area of your business — with its own files, AI conversations, and saved outputs.
How to create a project
- In the left sidebar, click Projects
- Click New Project
- Give it a name — something like "Acme Corp" or "Q2 Marketing Campaign"
- Click Create
That's it. You're now inside your new project.
What can go inside a project?
- Files you upload — PDFs, spreadsheets, images, documents
- Files the AI saves — if you ask Flotira to write a report, it can save it directly to the project
- Conversations — any chat you start from inside a project is linked to it automatically
Tips for naming projects
Keep project names short and specific. "Client Work" is too broad — "Johnson Consulting Q3" is much easier to find later. You can have as many projects as you like.
What if I don't use projects?
That's fine too. You can chat with the AI without being in a project. Projects are just there when you want to keep things organized.
