Beyond the built-in connections, Flotira can connect to many other tools through custom integrations — so your agents can use them like any other tool.
Adding one
- Open Integrations in the sidebar
- Choose to add a custom integration
- Enter the connection details for the tool you want to add
- Test the connection, then enable it
What this unlocks
Once added, the tool's actions become available to your agents. You can ask Flotira to use it in plain English, just like Gmail or your CRM.
Managing connections
Turn integrations on or off, test them, or remove them any time from the Integrations page.
