Managing your sales pipeline and deals

Track deals through your pipeline and let Flotira update them as you work.

Flotira's CRM includes a sales pipeline so you can see every deal and what stage it's in.

Viewing your pipeline

Open CRM in the sidebar and go to the Pipeline tab. Deals are shown by stage, so you can see what's new, what's in progress, and what's close to won.

Creating and updating deals

Add a deal manually, or just ask in chat — "create a $5,000 deal for Acme Corp and put it in negotiation." Flotira can move deals between stages, update values, and link them to the right contact.

Connecting deals to contacts

Deals link to the contacts and projects they belong to, so everything about a client lives in one place.

Letting the AI help

Ask things like "which deals haven't moved in two weeks?" or "draft a follow-up for every deal in the proposal stage."
