Log expenses and see profit and loss per project, all in one place.

Logging expenses lets Flotira show you what each project actually costs — and what it earns.

Adding an expense

Open CRM and go to Expenses, or ask in chat — "log a $200 expense for stock photos on the Acme project." Flotira records it and links it to the project.

Seeing profit and loss

With invoices and expenses in place, each project shows a simple profit-and-loss view: money in, money out, and what's left. Ask "what's the profit on the Acme project so far?"

Keeping it current

Log expenses as they happen and your numbers stay accurate, with no monthly catch-up.
