Adding contacts to your CRM

Add clients, leads, and partners to your contact list manually or by asking the AI.

Flotira has a built-in CRM so you can manage your contacts, track deals, and run campaigns — all without switching to another tool.

Adding a contact manually

  1. Click CRM in the left sidebar
  2. Go to the Contacts tab
  3. Click Add Contact
  4. Fill in the details — name, email, company, phone, and any notes
  5. Click Save

Adding a contact by asking the AI

You can also just tell the AI:

"Add John Smith from Acme Corp to my contacts. His email is john@acme.com" "Log a new lead — Sarah Chen, CEO at Brightfield, met her at the conference"

Flotira will create the contact for you without you needing to open the CRM page.

What information can I store?

  • Name, email, phone, company, job title
  • Status (lead, prospect, active client, etc.)
  • Tags for easy filtering
  • Notes about your relationship or conversations
  • Linked deals and campaigns

Viewing your contacts

Go to CRM → Contacts to see your full list. You can search by name, filter by status or tag, and click any contact to see their full profile and history.
